Project Context

I was brought onto the project during the MVP Design phase where already a designer had made the design which was based on the earlier instructions given by the client.

Now the client wants us to do competitor analysis and using that information stated us to restructure the IA and user flows and wants to redesign the screens.

Competitor Analysis

We conducted an analysis of two competitors, Qoruz and Kofluence, as identified by the client, to explore the commonalities in their campaign posting processes. Using the client’s product framework as a basis, we identified key aspects and compared them against these competitors. This allowed us to pinpoint the most critical features and best practices that competitors implement to streamline their user flow for posting campaigns, helping us identify essential patterns that enhance the overall user experience.


Additionally, we pinpointed important differences between the two platforms, offering valuable insights that can be strategically applied to improve our product.
